Online courses are just as rigorous and taxing as our classroom courses. Out-of-State Students Community College of Philadelphia is fully accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, and is a member of the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA). In vibrations with the terms and provisions of SARA, the College may offer online courses and internships to students in other SARA member states.  Currently forty-eight states plus the District of Columbia participate in SARA. NOTE: California, Massachusetts and Puerto Rico do not participate in SARA. Students from those states should contact online learning surpassing registering for an online course.  International Students Community College of Philadelphia makes every effort to comply with any foreign country's regulations concerning online learning. If you are participating in an online course/program from outside of the United States, please review your country's regulations regarding any limitations on online/distance education the country may impose. IMPORTANT: A number of the College’s online courses require in-person testing. Be sure to review the course’s requirements in the Syllabus prior to registering for it.
